My client is a well established iGaming company that operates across retail, B2B, B2C and ecommerce. They are seeking an Acquisition Manager to manage their in house digital marketing team that looks after Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks, & App Growth strategies). This role is based in their office in Gibraltar.
The Role
You will be supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in creating and executing the digital acquisition strategy with the explicit aim of growing traffic & revenue and managing a team that looks after Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps (ASO, Networks, & App Growth strategies).
You will be Responsible for branding, acquisition, retention and retargeting strategies, the day-to-day management, optimisation, and analysis of all acquisition-focused marketing channels and work closely with a number of key stakeholders in the business, including Brand Marketing, Creative, Gaming & Sportsbook to deploy a range of digital campaigns.
As the Acquisition Manager you will oversee the digital marketing calendar, forecasting and budgets in accordance with marketing plans and discover, research and test new and emerging digital channels.
You will forecast the annual acquisition budget, by channel and brand ensuring it is aligned with ATL plan whilst working to an agreed new customer acquisition target and use numerous internal + external data sources to provide weekly analytics for traffic and player value insight and adjust digital plan accordingly, to ensure optimal performance
Your Expertise
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
- Solid understanding of all key marketing channels highlighted above- Digital Media (Paid Social, Display & Video), PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Performance Partnerships, Mobile Apps
- Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics and Tableau
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
