My client who is a market leading provider of slots and gaming entertainment in the UK with over 230 high street and seaside gaming venues is seeking Venue Managers and Assistant Venue Managers across various locations in England to join their team and manage their venuee.
The roles are contracted to 40 hours per week but as my client is a fast-paced, 7 days a week business you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
The Role
As a Venue Manager/Assistant Venue Manager you will be integral to the overall success of the venue and responsible for maximising profit, growing the business and be fully accountable for the store’s performance
You will drive both a culture of exceptional customer service within your team to encourage repeat business and the promotion of all new products and offers as well as ensuring excellent store presentation.
Your Expertise
You will have previous management experience in a customer facing role alongside a can-do, customer focused attitude, be commercially minded and used to working in a targeted and sales driven environment and be IT literate. Due to the Industry my client operates in you will need to undergo a Basic DBS check as part of this role.
